Ingredients
 

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried marjoram (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red chilli flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Once you've measured out your ingredients, simply combine in a bowl or jar and mix well.
  • Transfer to a dry, sealed container and store in a cool, dark place for up to several months.
