Tried-and-tested recipes
This cookbook is a labour of love spanning years of testing, development, feedback, and learning. It has involved commitment, dedication, surprises, late nights, early mornings, more late nights, and more than a few beers.
It comes from a place of wanting to help others. It exists to solve problems, inspire creations, and excite those looking to throw together delicious and nutritious plant-based meals in less time than it takes to cycle from Kinross to Cowdenbeath or Sheffield to Rotherham (neither of which I have ever done).
